This is a large high street retailer with very well known brand
with over 250
UK based stores and a number overseas.
The company had built some great technology that gave them real
time reports on sales in stores, feeding data into a data warehouse.
The executive team were concerned as to the robustness and stability
of the system - was it as good as it seemed?
The development team were demoralised and were about to be poached
by a competitor, as they felt they were not being recognised for
the work they did.
The executive team needed to be reassured that the system was robust,
secure and well designed and a transition plan needed to be established in case key personnel
left the development team
