> How We Work

The last thing our clients want is a pack of disruptive consultants upsetting staff and sapping productivity. All engagements are undertaken with due care and attention to ensure that we compliment current teams rather than monopolise key players just for our own purposes.

We will set out clear objectives and deliverables for each stage in the project and ensure that we feed back regularly to our project sponsors so that the work is kept on track and on budget. Where necessary we will engage with staff but with due deference to their ongoing commitments.

Project administration is kept to a minimum and payment terms are agreed before the project starts.

We encourage our team to fit culturally into a client's environment and we will even take our ties off if we need to!

Our Golden Rules for any engagement are:

• Start and end any project on time
• Respect for our customer's budget
• Minimum disruption to our customer's organisation
• No surprises!
• Make sure our customer's get maximum value from the end results of the project
